Event Description

The workshop will focus on flatpicking and plectrum techniques developed in the American and European “Roots-Music” from the old traditional schools to new modern approaches. Beppe will bring you in a journey that starts from the style of the fathers of the music and reaches the most complicate developments of his unique approach. He will start from the basic exercises and finger gymnastic and will touch a complete spectrum of topics like accompaniment and backup, strumming patterns, licks, improvisation, arrangement, open tunings, approaches for a solo or group performance, crosspicking, tremolo following the students with single and group exercises.
