The First Bi-Annual Shady Grove Flatpicking Contest is intended to draw the best Flatpickers from western Canada and beyond to a competition to showcase their prowess at this challenging guitar style. Having a blast playing my Bourgeois. Got a new group, the Stray Dogs (4 piece when we play BG but a trio for swing). We'll be at the gazebo during Spruce Meadows Nationals and BG Festival, June 7 & 8. Looks like a great lineup.
