I have the same dvd by Dix. Lot of alternating bass in it. Mother Maybelle style is what I like to play. Just a beginner and probably too old to learn much else. Being from the South, I have heard it since I can remember. I have a Epiphone masterbilt and hummingbird and a Martin DX1. Got a great deal on the Martin from a pawn shop and couldn't turn it down but the I would pick the Masterbilt over it anyday.
