My lesson with Brian was really good--focused on both right and left hand technique. He is not only a fine player but an excellent teacher. I can show you the basic recommendations whenever you have time (arm motion versus wrist, angle of pick, followthrough etc all leading to better tone). Left hand focus on lining up knuckles parallel to the strings with a more "clawlike" finger position and proper angle of elbow, arm and wrist on the left side. If you have time, come over on Saturday or Sunday to pick--give me at call at home if it fits your program.
