Just a note to let all you flatpickers know that Portland's Scott Law will be the main guitar instructor at the acoustic music camp in Julian, CA this April.  Called the Julian Family "Fiddle" Camp, the event is held April 9 - 13th, and offers instruction in guitar (Scott), fiddle (Katie Glassman), mandolin (Sharon Gilchrist), banjo (Chris Coole), upright bass (Gene Libbea), and Appalachian  flatfoot dance (Rebecca Stout).  There is…See More

"Was up in Julian a few weeks ago and noticed he was holding the flatpicking shop.  Bummed that I will miss it as we will be at the Grand Canyon but not bummed about being at the grand canyon."
