"Hi Josh The HD-35 is one of the best guitars comming out of Nazareth. A 1994 still has some maturing to do, The tone will settle in with time. The more you play the better."

"Blueridge makes fine guitars, good action good tone. If a Martin is not in your budget, by all means get a Blueridge."

"Has anyone played a Martin D28 Dan Tyminski ? I believe the Martin D18GE and the D28 Tyminski are the best guitars Martin is making. My goal is to make the Dan Tyminski my next purchase."

"Hi I play a 2006 Martin D18GE, mohogany back and side , adirondak top, loud, clear, responsive, wonderful presence. I also play a 1994 Martin D41, warm, clear, but not as loud."

Rick Smith replied to Todd McFarland's discussion What brand do you play?
"I realize this is an older comment, however I am a D18 lover. I own 2 Martins, a D41 which is a fine guitar. My favorite is a D18GE, this is a killer, loud, responsive, with such presence. I love D28s, but D18 are bad to the bone"
