Hi Roger, nice to know someone else here in the UK reads Flatpicking Guitar! How's the Bluegrass scene up there in Harrogate? Nothing happening down here in Worcester, but there are regular pickin' nights every month in neighbouring Birmingham and Hereford. Haven't been to them yet, but planning to visit both in the near future. I'm new to soloing, but keen and working on it. I play a Avalon L32, made by the luthiers that used to build Lowdens. Anyways, thanks for the invite!
John.

Hi Roger,

Good to hear from you. It's funny that we're about 15 miles apart and are communicating through this site!

So...what models are your three Martins?

Cheers,

Chris

Thanks for the invite. Good to know there are other people in the UK getting the magazine. Only just started playing so I've a long way to go but I'm sure I'll pick up some tips from you guys.
