The old Guilds were great, I'm not sure about the new ones. Though this could apply to a lot of guitars nowadays.
Guild 12 strings were a force to be reckoned with back in the day. They ALL needed neck resets after being strung up for 15 years though. I almost bought a Guild about 15 years ago. I would have used it for Bluegrass, and I am sorry I let it get a...

- Born and raised in southern Sweden. I play mostly bluegrass, old-time, country and fiddle tunes. Got my first electric guitar when I was 12 years old. For the last few years the acoustic guitar has been my main instrument.
