Anyone know anything about the Martin MMV model? Good, bad, indifferent?

Heard it called the poor man's D-28, played one at guitar center, I was impressed. Sales for about 1400.00 new, 1250 used. Thinking about getting one when my ship comes in. Thanks for your thoughts, suggestions.
