Now, I'm positive that a lot of you guys and gals out there in flatpick land play Taylors, and I'd LOVE to hear your feedback about them. I've played Taylor guitars at festivals and music stores, but I've never owned one, so maybe my impressions and ideas about Taylor are all wrong? I think Taylor guitars are awesome, really, and I'm a person that used to hang out at the North Dallas Guitar Center most days, at least for a bit, just so that I could get my hands on all of those wonderful… Continue

The Martin D 15 Guitar. All Mahogany, and a great Bang For The Buck.

http://hubpages.com/hub/The-Martin-D-15-Guitar

I'm loving writing articles on the web about my favorite things. So here's another guitar review hub. Eventually I'll write articles about my favorite musicians, and the great flatpickers that I've met.

The Gibson J 200 Guitar.

First and Foremost, HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you're like me, then most of your uncles play the guitar. Sometimes some of them aren't really welcome on your property, but if they bring a guitar and start playing it, you might overlook some things, right? Maybe that's just MY family. Whatever.

I broke from tradition, and wrote about Gibson guitars here, the J 200 is a monster, and it's louder than a…

Talking About Guitar Strings.

http://hubpages.com/hub/Elixer-Acoustic-Guitar-Strings

I pretty much goofed up the url here, as Elixir is mis-spelled in the url. . . . .*sigh* I had to quickly correct the official title, and found that I'd messed it up there too. *gasp* As I'm getting older, my spelling skills are deteriorating rapidly. . .oh well, getting older is growing wiser, I hope.

Anyway, I wrote about…

A Short Study of the Beautiful Martin D 45

http://hubpages.com/hub/The-Martin-D-45-A-Top-of-The-Line-Beautiful-Acoustic-Masterpiece

Hello everyone, I'm enjoying writing about guitars on the web-but not so much as playing them in the "real world," so since I've been doing this I thought that an article on the D 45, and it's many variations was in order. Five or Six years ago at Winfield someone had a Koa wood D 45…

The Martin D-18 Guitar.

http://hubpages.com/hub/The-Martin-D-18-Guitar

Gosh, nothing makes me sadder than thinking about that D-18 GE that I no longer own. I think I'll console myself by looking for a job, and playing my Santa Cruz. Anyways, I posted a little hub about D-18s, and some of the fine D-18 knock offs, like the G-50, etc. Have a look. All feedback appreciated!

American Icon, The Martin D-28.

http://hubpages.com/hub/The-Martin-D-28-An-American-Acoustic-Guitar-Icon-and-Its-Many-Fine-Imitations

I tried to do the great guitar from the great company justice here, and covered a few of the well known, and loved knock off versions as well. I've owned a D-28 vintage reissue before, and loved it; but my Santa Cruz Model D. . . .will never be on the…
