Hi Gary,
While I'm still a rookie at this whole network thing I gotta tell you your tunes are just spectacular. You have picked a couple of my favorites and play great arrangements of each. And your guitar sounds great to boot! Is that a Collings D1(A?)? Man, I would love to hear you on one of my brazilian dreads. Guys like you give me the motivation I need to practice, practice, practice. If I get half way to wher you are I will be one happy picker. Honestly, great job, well done.
Regards,
JeffM

Hey Ed. No, I just couldn't muster up the energy for Little Rock. Gotta watch my budget too. I met a flatpicker right here in Owasso. Good picker - 2003 D2HBA. We picked for over three hours on Saturday. We've all GOT to get together. Thanks for the comments and keep in touch.

That is one of the best arrangements of Forked Deer that I have heard. You are smooth and clean. Nice work, Gary!

Dan, Going through in detail now, and came to this point again. You diagram on p.67 makes the similarity of the C and D forms clear. Another way I have seen these box patterns named that I also find useful is name them 'string-finger' according to…
