Any input you have would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks for the response. Sounds like that new guitar is going to be a real project. Could be fun.
My Winter Wheat is in pretty nice shape. It has a bit of weather checking on it, but no cracks or repairs at all. The saddle is getting a bit low, so I may have to spring for a neck set one of these days but it still sounds and plays great.
I am a big fan of Santa Cruz guitars and I have one of them on my wish list. That list is getting longer all of the time!
Mostly I play a D-18, HD-28 and Larrivee D-10 so it is not like I really need another!
Take care and let me know how that guitar turns out.
Maybe you have a real treasure.

Thank you for the nice comment! I really like your playing a lot!
Hope all is well,
~Paige
I enjoyed the interview in Flatpicking Guitar. It mentioned that you had a Mossman Winter Wheat. I was wondering if you still have it. I have a 1977 Winter Wheat myself and really think it is a fine guitar. There is a picture of mine on my page.

I recently learned your song Boys and Girls from the Adam Gragner article in the most recent issue of FGM. Great tune! I enjoy crosspicking alot, so I really clicked with it when I heard it.

It was a pleasure working with you on the article. Thanks for making it a great success. We've had a lot of positive comments from readers about the article. I hope we get a chance to sit and pick a few someday soon.

Thanks for accepting. I've found that you don't have to be a competition level picker to truly enjoy the music and the people involved with it. Good people and good music make all of my frustrations with trying to learn worth while.
The cover story in FGM is one of the best I've read in the last 3 years and "Dudley's Guitar Workshop"...well just words to play and live by.

I understand "not neccessarily better" but it will be better than nothing:-)
