Allan's not famous yet, but almost. Ha, ha!
I'll see that you get a CD. Still picking that guitar you got down here? It's a good one. I have two Martins now and Allan has one. The Taylors are gone. You learning much? You can order DVDs from Homespun. Lots of good stuff.
Washburn makes a nice guitar. I almost bought one for a second guitar at the store I got your Dad's. I went ahead and bought a used Martin D-18V at Music Folk. It's a Bluegrass monster with booming lows and ringing highs. I call it my beater. I bought a new D-18 Coustom on a wim at Morgan Music. It's #4 of only 12 made. It's a Missouri Dogwood Tribute Model. It's a flatpicking monster with a real punchy midrange. Good recording guitar. I used it ion almost all my leads on our CD. Why is your favorite guitar a Guild? Two of your favortie pickers play old Martins.(yuck, yuck) You can email Allan and I at firstname.lastname@example.org.
